I figured since all I do is draw stupid sketches everyday, I thought I could take the opportunity to update the vote incentive more than once a week. I suppose I can always make Thursday a day for new incentives to be posted. However, I may also put up new ones randomly during the week. So, if you’d like to see what I drew at work today, please vote here.

I’ve also FINALLY enabled threaded comments on all the comic posts and blog posts. I didn’t know why I didn’t do this sooner, I just never found the setting to turn it on before. So now, you’ll be able to see when I actually reply to you without me using the stupid @you twitter replies.

Thought I would share with you all a retarded drawing I did yesterday because it’s fun to procrastinate and not do pages. I posted it on DeviantArt instead of making it a vote incentive for some reason. Sometimes I’ll post things over at my DA account for funsies.

I’ve also been making some more link buttons and banners for this webcomic, so if you feel so inclined to link back here, it’s easier now. I’ve posted all the buttons and banners on the About page as well as the Extras page.

Speaking of links, some great webcomics have been linking back to the Paul Reveres, which is really cool and gives me a warm feeling inside that’s probably illegal in some way. You should check out the new layout my buddy, Destinie, designed today for Disfunctional Pokemon Adventure. It’s got that cool graphic-designy grunge feel that is super awesome.

Also, one of my favorite webcomics, Dovecote Crest has suddenly moved servers to their own domain. They’re trying to spread the word to visit the comic at its new location, so if you’re a regular reader over there check out the new domain. If you’re not a regular reader at Dovecote Crest, you disappoint me.

I put up a new vote incentive to perhaps lighten the mood with something silly since this week’s page didn’t leave on such a happy note.

Also, I’ve finally decided that I’m ready to update this webcomic TWICE a week! Starting next Wednesday, there will be two comic updates a week. I’ll be updating a new page on Wednesday, as usual, but then I’ll be switching to a Tuesday/Friday update schedule after that. So, whoo-eee!

Today’s new vote incentive came from a quick sketch I did before I started working on Friday’s page this afternoon. Page 15 finally marks the day when we get to meet the rest of The Paul Reveres, the Jersey-boy, Toby, and that weirdo Warren guy.

I’ve also been working on some new wallpapers for the site. I really need to overhaul the “Extras” section here and create other resolutions for the wallpapers. In the mean time, you can check out the latest wallpaper I posted (for free download, of course) over at Webcomic Wallpapers. The site looks interesting, so I thought I would try it out. If you download there and rate the wallpaper, I’ll look super special awesome against all the other wallpapers there. You want me to feel super special awesome, right? Oh, I’ll be putting all the wallpapers up on this site too, once I get time to figure out what I want to do with the extras page.

I’ll also be posting a con report for last weekend’s Anime Boston trip which was awesome. Feedback for the comic ranged from enthusiasm to making people leave my table disgusted. So win-win there. I’ll post more about that this weekend.

Thursday. Yay! Time for a new vote incentive. This wallpaper was actually something I made for myself months ago and just never uploaded it to the site… until now. I created a nice ad to put on the voting gateway, but then Willie played Art Director and went at it with edits. The freakin’ jerk.

Anyways, after you vote you’ll see the web address to the wallpaper download page. It’ll be above the image for you to copy&paste into your browser. (The stupid voting thing won’t let me make a link. So annoying.) Then it’s just up to you to download the version that fits your screen. Fun times.

I’ve also updated the Characters page to feature Paul’s sister, Jennie, and Paul’s stalker, Johnny.

I also took some time yesterday to update a few sections of the site. You can check out the newly improved Archive page. I dished out some Wordpress kung-fu to make it work better. It was broken for a couple days when I switched to the new issue. How helpful.

I’ve also added General Gage to the Characters page, as well as adding a link to each character’s first appearance in the comic. I still want to rework the Characters page with more information. I’ll probably add to that little by little.

P.S. Wednesday is the new Thursday. See this is what happens when I don’t get sleep. XD

The Paul Reveres Store is now open! I have a lot of fun items in the store including Snickerdoodle dolls, Willie Bandannas and Issue 1 in print! There is a limited amount of some items (like the Snickerdoodles), but I’ll be making more soon.

Right now the store is setup to accept Paypal payments. Please let me know if there are any problems.

Did you notice the header and navigation buttons at the top of the site? THEY IS NEW! HOT DAMN, right?! Felt it was about time to get the original Paul Reveres artwork off the top. Like to think I’ve improved a little bit. Besides, Benedict wasn’t even on it before!

In main news, the new Paul Reveres Online Store is now up! I’ve added a bunch of new goodies including Issues 2-3, buttons and three posters! Please check out the store and let me know what you think! It seems like a better solution to the paypal buttons I was doing before. This cart will also make it easier to add new items as well, so I won’t get as lazy listing new stuff.
