LOL. That horse always has the same pissed off face. I think it is just because it’s Willie’s horse. He probably picked it out because it looks mad all the time.
And sorry you had to see Paul so sad. It may only get worse. :c
Awwww, poor Paul! He looks so sad! Somebody hug that poor boy’
Seriously though, if you were a teacher, this would be the moment where you could break off onto an educational tangent on issues that divided the colonists into patriots and Tories and how they treated each other and so on. Given the deepness hidden in what Willie’s saying, this is probably now the most serious comic I’ve read on the American Revolution. Who could guess that reading insane comics about punk rockers is actually educational?
I know what you mean though. I do research the events and people from this time period. I know I take things to extremes that don’t make sense (hence, the guitars and ipods), but I’m glad that I’m able to keep the important feelings from the time period in the comic. I do care about the history, so that’s really nice to hear.
I was watching Days of our Lives when I read this page, and RIGHT as I scrolled down to see Paul’s ;A; face fitting dramatic music played. . . xD
Oh that sun sure does love the back of Willie’s head doesn’t it??
On an entirely unrelated note, I mentioned this comic in an essay I had to write for my teacher about my academic readings. I had to say something history related that I had read last year and all I could think of was this and some really boring book on Cambodia. =3=;;;
She seemed to like it though! She told me she thought the concept of the comic sounded interesting.
Haha, Days of Our Lives is so convenient for this comic! Must have been better with the dramatic music. I should have put some kind of glow on the page to match the soap opera look.
And, yes, the sun LOVES Willie’s head!
I love that you mentioned this in a essay for your class. That’s awesome. I love how this ridiculous comic qualifies as “academic reading.” Hah!
FINALLY! CHRIST! THE “LUKE, I AM YOUR FATHER” MOMENT THIS COMIC SO DESPERATELY NEEDED!
Oh, I guess I shouldn’t tell you that Paul’s going to wake up and this page is all a dream, huh? Or well, I guess it would be Willie’s dream.
Now that was EPIC >_< for sure you mam are awosome!!!!!!!!
Glad you liked it! I totally figured I ruined the suspense of the whole thing a while ago.
Ah…some Allen x Paul action now?! XD XD
Also, I like the vote incentive questions now. I can answer them on the first try. |:3
Ohhoho.
I don’t do comics like that anymore, LIANNE.

pS. that horse has been giving an EPIC!glare since he first came out….is it because he is willie’s horse? XD

Poor Paul! Someone’s going to need therapy after this. And the panel where Allen reveals himself to Paul… awesome composition and lighting!
Thank you! I had a lot of fun doing a page with a lot less panels that I usually have. I wanted to make that panel a little dramatic or something.
GIRLISH GLEE!!!!!!!!!!
Finally get to see Willie reveal himself to Paul, now what side will he choose?
Heh. We’ll have to see. This is Paul we’re talking about. Hopefully there won’t be any surprises.
Ouch…. this page hurts.
… Geez, Allen, you didn’t have to be so mean about it.
D: I need an adult.
Paul needs an adult too.
FINALLY. But ouch too! Dx
Yeah, Willie’s a dick.
OHWAIT.
OHWAIT WUHT? D8
Awwww, poor Paul! He looks so sad! Somebody hug that poor boy’
